At Color Shout, we take pride in the quality of our collegiate jewelry and gifts. Every piece is crafted with care, and we stand behind our products with a 60-day craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Broken clasps or closures under normal wear
- Missing stones or charms due to a manufacturing defect
- Tarnishing or finish issues within the warranty period
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Water damage or exposure to chemicals (perfumes, lotions, etc.)
- Lost or stolen items
- Items that have been altered or repaired by a third party
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at behappy@colorshout.com within 60 days of your purchase date.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos of the defect.
- We'll review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
Our Resolution Options
Depending on the nature of the defect, we will offer one of the following:
- Repair of the item
- Replacement with the same or equivalent item
- Store credit
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all warranty claims.
This warranty applies to purchases made directly through colorshout.com. For items purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces, please contact the original seller.
