Shipping policy

Timeframe:

We ship online orders Monday through Friday by 5pm. The cut-off time for getting your order shipped that day, is 2pm (US Central Time Zone). 

Free Shipping on all orders!

Each package will have a Packing Slip only, we will not include an Invoice as we are aware that our products might be a Gift.

Where do we ship:  

We can ship our products anywhere in the US and abroad, but keep in mind that it is rather expensive to ship internationally. The recipient is responsible for paying all brokerage, duties, and taxes associated with international shipping.

Returns:  We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at BeHappy@colorshout.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
